Die Gastgeberfamilie war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit, offen und nicht aufdringlich. Die Ausstattung des Appartements war auf sehr hohem Niveau und war sehr einladend. Der Parkplatz war ausreichend groß und sicher, da auf dem Gelände und mit Tor abgeschlossen.
Die Lage der Unterkunft oberhalb der Stadt Brixen ist wunderschön. Die Tal-Lage der Stadt mit angrenzenden Berghöhen verursacht naturgemäß einen Schalltrichter. Die in Luftlinie in 1 km gegenüberliegende Luftrettung mit z.T. häufigen Helikoptereinsätzen sowie die Autobahn und Zugtrasse auf der anderen Talseite bereiten eine Hintergrund-Akustik, die niemals ganz stille ist. Das kann bei geöffneten Balkonfenstern ab und an unruhig sein. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern hört man nichts. Die Stadt pulsiert und ist voller Leben und toller Aktionen.
