Happy Coffee & Homestay

I wanted to be out of the city center, so this place seemed like a good prospect. It is on top of a (non-functioning) cafe. I opted for a smaller room and it had a cozy bed, tv, fridge with snacks for purchase and a small bathroom. I rented a bike on my own (with another company) and the staff at the guesthouse were always downstairs and locked my bike in the building for security. The area has convenience stores, lots of street food and is close to a canal with lovely views. At night, it was very quiet. I was here a few days and had no complaints! The lady who ran this guesthouse messaged me and said she would be available if I needed anything which was very nice!

On Booking, it showed a very cheap price. However, when I showed up, the price was more expensive. The owner talked with me on the phone and pointed out that she had informed me of this discrepancy before I came, so I knew it was not a scam. I do think when you book, make sure the price on Booking is the true price.
