    Great location and nice room at a great price - what’s not to like!

    The location here is fantastic—absolutely unbeatable! Being surrounded by so many great eateries and convenience stores, plus having landmarks within walking distance, made our stay incredibly convenient. The room itself was comfortable enough, but I have to highlight a few significant issues. First, the cleanliness needs serious attention. The AC filter was visibly caked in dust, and we found dust on both the bed and the floor. Additionally, the shared kitchen space needs to be decluttered and deep-cleaned. Finally, please note that the building does not have an elevator; guests must use the stairs. Improving the cleaning standards, especially the AC and kitchen, would make this place excellent given the prime location!
