Everything at the property was incredible. I will come back if I am able.

This is a clean and bright apartment with good views in a good location.

Good views, terrible bathroom, awful management. The bath is not sealed on any side with no curtain. As a result water splashes all over the floor and for the week we were there this meant using bath mats to dry the floor and then wring them out and put them on the balcony to dry. How this would work in the winter I have no idea. The pressure is also very low. This may have been ok if we were to have wanted to use the bath but this was also not possible because the plug didn't work. We mentioned this on day 2. And didn't receive an answer. Day 3 I asked if they had received the message and was told they were talking to a plumber. Day 4 we were in the apartment. So he came day 5 but said he couldn't fix it. He couldn't do the next day so said could fix it day 7, by which point we had given up. These things happen. We were offered a late checkout of 14:00 "as an apology" or were told that we could have as late as 18:30 for another 60 euros. I said that we would have expected that to be complimentary if no one was staying that day due to the issues we faced and was told "if you don't like it you can check out at 11am" and "it was complimentary until 14:00 but that wasn't good enough". We've not experienced anything like this before. I've taken a screenshot of all of these conversations in case it is later denied.
