Theatre Art Residence

Great location, very close to everything. We were also lucky with parking — we didn’t need to use the Regina Maria parking and instead found a spot in the public parking right in front of the building. The apartment has a very interesting design and a nice atmosphere. My mother and our friend were even hoping there might be a "ghost" in the place, but no such luck — no visitors of that kind. :)) At first, we were slightly confused by the entrance, as the wooden door was ajar and we thought we might have come to the wrong place, but then realized there is a second, locked plastic door behind it — so no need to worry about the wooden door. :) Flavia was very kind, responsive, and helpful. We would definitely recommend the apartment.

The kitchen utensils could use a very small update — for example, the knife with a silicone handle is noticeably damaged and could be replaced. We also understand that electrical layout can be limited in a historic or uniquely designed apartment, but if it were possible to add a socket or extension near the second single bed, that would make the space even more comfortable. But these are literally minimal suggestions, and otherwise the apartment is excellent!

Amabilitatea gazdei, procesul de check-in și check-out, amplasarea (o scurtă plimbare de maxim 10 minute până în centrul vechi), vederea spre teatru, accesul ușor la mijloacele de transport. Și bineînțeles vibe-ul, decorațiunile interioare!

Am fi apreciat papuci de casă, mai ales în sezonul rece, cu ploaie și zăpadă (noi am uitat să aducem), dar podeaua este suficient de călduroasă pentru a sta în șosete :)

Este foarte frumos în interior. Tablourile și decorațiunilor sunt superbe.

Faptul că am avut problema avut o plită pentru a pregăti ceva . Nu a fost cafea deși era aparat de cafea. Frigut dar e zona de așa natură.

It was relatively cold despite heating being on. As such, sleeping was not comfortable and some 'ghostly' presence was felt by people from our group. For example, the bathroom door properly closed, was suddenly opening by itself, despite having all the windows and doors closed. Other 'chill' feeling around the bed, combined with some draws on the walls...
