Perfect Located 1-Bed with Great Views & Parking

Great location. The apartment was really clean and spacious!!

Excellent Location right in the middle of Kingston. The apartment was a good size, very comfortable lounge and great kitchen, with a washing machine/dryer although one unit and not separate. Good bed and ensuite bathroom which was an excellent size with lots of storage. Great view from apartment & also the good sized balcony. Huge supermarket, coffee shops and eateries on the ground floor level of the building with bus stop close by if needed.

Hated the washing machine/dryer being in one unit - takes forever to dry clothes much prefer separate units. The instructions to the carpark were not right so it took us ages to find the unit's parking bay and unfortunately we had a huge vehicle parked beside us which made it difficult to unpack as we couldn't open the car doors due to the vehicle one site and the storage sheds right down the middle of the parking areas, however it was a secure carpark and undercover which was a definite bonus.

Location close to all Canberra attractions, and super mart below the apartment building plus some really good cafes and restaurants all within 5 minutes walk. Plus undercover secure car parking. And the apartment was very spacious with two toilets, one in ensuite and one in the laundry. Fabulous views from the fifth floor overlooking Canberra.
