The apartment is very spacious and comfortable.
The kitchen is well-designed and well-equipped. The bathroom lacks shelving and a vanity unit for storage, but the shower itself is great!
The bedroom doesnt have its own air-conditioner unit, and can get a bit warm without cooling.
Location-wise, the apartment is on the Kingston Foreshore overlooking Lke Burley Griffin. Lots of cafes and restaurants just a short walk away.
Lack of storage in the bathroom.
The property listing for apartment 219 states a 'garden outlook / views', but there are none.

Great location to Kingston foreshore and only a 10 minute walk to some great restaurants and cafes. Very secure. Free secure parking and fob key access to the car park, building and apartment.
Wi-Fi didn’t work. The apartment smelt of stale cigarettes. Probably not as clean as it could have been. There was also no iron although there was an ironing board.
