Location was very convenient to the free Gatlinburg trolley. Beautiful location on the river.
Well equipped kitchen. The cabin was very inviting.
A box fan in the bedrooms would have been a welcome addition.
The jet tub did not work. We were notified about the left side jets on the outdoor jacuzzi not working. Could have been miscommunication by previous guest.

The environment, location, and atmosphere of the cottage are incredible. Every detail was carefully added. Check-in and check out were expedited. For nature lovers, the location is perfec. We spotted bears every day from the porch at sunset time.
The booking process had some difficulties because the front price on booking was wrong.
