Holiday home Camellia

The property is located on the edge of the main part of town and so it was very accessible to the restaurants in the evening and the grocery stores. there was also a lovely fresh produce market that was open every day directly opposite the property that was open from 8 - 1. We loved swimming off the side of the city walls which was about a 10 minute walk away, but if you wanted to go to the beaches it would be about a 15 minute walk away. We also enjoyed playing tennis on the clay tennis courts which were about a 25 minute walk away along the beach front - you could hire racquets and balls at the courts.

The kitchen utensils were a little limited 3 teaspoons, no oven gloves and there were no dishes to use in the oven itself. The people staying upstairs were obviously fairly heavy smokers so there was quite a heavy smell of cigarette smoke outside the one bedroom. On some of the days there was a terrible smell from the drains in the bathroom but I don;t think this was a fault of the property but rather the heat in the town.

Het was prachtig , netjes , sfeervol . Dat voor de ouders een apparte slaapkamer was in het eerste gedeelte en 2 mooie grote slaapkamers in het andere deel . 3 badkamers prachtige overdekte buitenplaats en de wasmachine was ook heel erg fijn.

3 verschillende sleutels waren eerder wat moeilijk uit elkaar te houden . Later zelf een touwtje en een sleutelhanger er extra aan gehangen zodat ze makkelijker uit elkaar te houden waren .

Die Lage war perfekt, 15 min zu Fuß war ein kleiner Strand mit Bar und Restaurant und in 5 min ist man in der Altstadt (in der Nacht aber trotzdem kein Lärm). Das Haus ist sehr sauber und modern ausgestattet.

2 von 3 Schlafzimmer sind extrem klein (kein Platz für Koffer) und kein Fernseher hat funktioniert. Das 3 Badezimmer ist neben der Küche, was heißt, ein Zimmer muß immer Stiege rauf und runter gehen um in sein Badezimmer zu gelangen.

Sehr gute Lage nahe am Zentrum inklusive Nahversorgern in Gehweite Hervorragende Ruhe mit einem überdachten Innenhof. Geschmackvoll renovierte Altbauwohnung, innen alles ganz neu. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche.

Einzig zum Ausladen aus dem Fahrzeug kann es vorkommen daß man vor der Türe keinen Parkplatz bekommt, dann muß man halt kurz am Gehsteig halten. Das ist aber nicht schlimm und die sehr freundliche Vermieterin bietet einen Chip für einen Gratisparkplatz in 3min Gehweite an.
