The Space:
Featuring 2 living rooms, travelers can relax in the communal spaces it offers, while also having the option to have alone time, which the special design of Casa Breeze allows.
The master bedroom is upstairs, adjacent to the kitchen. It has an en-suite bathroom, closet, king bed and a/c.
Additionally, the fully equipped kitchen features a bar counter with stove top, making cooking and serving meals a fun family affair.
The colorful tilework in both the bathrooms and the kitchen add to the artistic feel of the house.
Next to the kitchen is the dining area and living room with couch and TV. The high ceilings in this room generate an open air feeling while still being indoors. Sliding glass doors open up to an outside terrace from which to enjoy the sounds of nature and the lovely ocean breeze.
The second bedroom is on the ground floor, it has an en-suite bathroom, closet, work desk area, king bed, and a/c.
The downstairs living room is across from the bedroom and has two armchairs and a loveseat.
A laundry area is also downstairs, right next to the living room.
There is Wi-Fi connection and ceiling fans throughout the house.

The house lived up to the photos. Clean, comfortable, necessities provided. It's a bit out of the way, which we wanted. You will need a car. The road is a little rough, but many roads are in Costa Rica.Beautiful, quiet black sands beach that is considered one of the cleanest in the world.

We were taken with this beautiful home the moment we pulled into the driveway. The landscaping was beautiful and full of color. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed cooking breakfast each morning. The beds were very comfortable and there were more than enough towels provided. The interior of the entire home was very nicely decorated and we particularly loved the beam ceilings. We spent a lot of time on the patio and enjoyed daily visits with a group of magpie jays. Chiara was very responsive to all of my messages and helpful in resolving any small issues that came up. We spent a lot of time on the private beach which was spectacular! We recommend dining at Lochitos. Excellent local food and the staff was very friendly! All in all, a wonderful vacation at a beautiful property!

Friends and I had a most enjoyable time at Casa Breeze. Starting off with excellent communication from Eden Properties on all aspects of check in and providing house/area information. Continuing with a week of relaxing and enjoying this quiet location. From a well equipped kitchen, to great bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, to the outdoor terrace, to the greenery of the gardens this is a wonderful place to stay. Victor the gardener and groundkeeper is most helpful in every way and speaks some English. A short walk and you are on a fantastic beach. We look forward to returning.

This house was well stocked with anything you could possibly need (excluding food & beverages). I loved sitting out on the deck with a coffee early in the morning listening to howler monkeys and the waves crashing just a few yards away. My husband, sister and brother in law enjoyed the spacious home. The outdoor shower was the added bonus we never knew we needed!
