Welcome to CASA MORA!
Kick back, relax or work in this peaceful beach home with your friends or family. You'll enjoy this whole place to yourselves, equipped with a private plunge pool, high-speed wifi, AC, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. It is nestled in the Calle Esperanza neighborhood of Junquillal, Guanacaste, with a pristine and quiet beach just a short walk away.
Casa Mora is a unique and quaint home with the perfect Costa Rican vibe. The main house has a fully equipped kitchen, living room, full bathroom, and 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds and a desk. The rooms in the main house are perfect for families, as they are are connected (Note: you must go through one bedroom to access the other). The 3rd bedroom is located in the separate casita and has a double bed, private balcony, bathroom, and outdoor shower. All bedrooms have their own AC units, which is a must-have in the Costa Rican heat. The plunge pool is perfect for cooling off, the hammock is a great place to read or nap, and there is a covered garage to protect your car from the hot sun. The property has a beautiful garden, and lots of fruit trees for you to enjoy. The private road only serves 5 other homes, and Playa Junquillal is right a short walk away. The property has privacy walls all around and a locked gate at the front. Internet is 5G fiber optic and you should have no issues with video calls or watching your favourite show. This is the perfect place to stay if you want to beach-hop and explore during the day, and wind down and enjoy some tranquility at night.

Junquillal is a low-key rural beach town with a picturesque beach, long deserted shores and beautiful wild waves that draws surfers and fishermen. Playa Junquillal has the Ecological Blue Flag status, given to only the cleanest beaches in Costa Rica. It’s home to a sea turtle hatchery, laid-back restaurants, and gorgeous sunset views. The area is popular for surfing, mountain biking and horseback riding along the beach.

Enjoyed everything about this beautiful Villaesque lodging with its lush botanical walled grounds. Plenty of birds, hummingbirds everyday and other daily visits from a plethora of winged visitors to the pool's waterfall. Monkeys, a colorful squirrel and 2 cats passed through as well. The property is a brief walk along a shaded trail to the beach.

A lot of potential for this lovely private property. Location close drive to beautiful beach. Plunge pool with fountain great, house and casita could use upgrades, but that’s factored into the price in my opinion to recommend Casa Mora

Perfect quiet get away! My wife and I wanted a relaxing break and that is exactly what we got. The kitchen is small but had everything that we needed for preparing the majority of our meals. Host recommended picking up groceries prior to driving out to the more rural area. Which was a good idea. There is a small grocery/liquor store a couple of miles from the house. There are quite a few places nearby to go to eat, if desired. The small pool was a regular oasis for us every day, as temperatures were already reaching into the 90's F.. Beaches were close by although a little further than I wanted to walk. Great for sunset visits. All around a very enjoyable, relaxing stay.

The Casa Mora is aging a lot and is in need of repair all around, little pool is leaking a lot, outside shower plumbing is clog since long, septic tank is probanly full, it
