Located in a quiet residential neighborhood with two community pools plus kiddie pool, tennis and playground, this charming beach home includes central air conditioning, full kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, washer dryer, 2 TVs and WiFi. Relax and unwind out on the awesome three season sunroom with lots of seating! Rinse off the beach sand in the outside shower before heading in for a family B-B-Que on the Gas Grill. Kids will enjoy bike riding throughout the quiet community or take the Bethany town beach shuttle to the boardwalk for an evening stroll and ice cream! Includes 1 resident Bethany parking permits for parking at the beach. Awesome property and just the place to make those special beach vacation memories. Available Off-Season Holiday Mini-weeks off season! Extra activities for the community are $30.00 per person.

Upon entering the home. My out was nice. Lots of natural light. Coffee machine didn’t work. We had to ask for pots and pans only small stuff. We bought a knife so we could cook. The garbage disposal didn’t work and sick clogged. We were able to get that working at day 4. Not a bad place. Won’t stay again
