All bedrooms are located on the second floor, while the main level offers an open-concept living and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, and a sunny all seasons room—perfect for morning coffee or game nights.

– Bedroom 3: Two Bunk Beds

What if I have to cancel?
In the event Guest requests cancellation of this Agreement for any reason, Broker will undertake reasonable efforts to re-rent the Property. Guest must make the request for cancellation in writing to the attention of Broker. If the Property is rented to a third party for the same amount, the gross rent will be returned to the defaulting Guest less 15% of the gross rent, plus a processing fee. If the Property is rented for less, Guest shall be responsible for the difference. If the Property is not rented to a third party, then the defaulting Guest will remain responsible for the entire rental amount.

Bayberry Woods is a lovely community, and this townhouse does not disappoint. It is clean and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax and enjoy. The unit is pleasantly decorated and obvious care has been taken to make these accommodations feel like home. The location is great if you enjoy the quiet of the Bethany West area and access to a few stores and eateries.

We loved our vacation! Everything was super easy. The booking and The check in and check out process, Everything in the condo was in working order and the it was super clean. We stayed in this condo many years ago and absolutely love it. We hope to be back next year!!!

We enjoyed our one week stay at this well maintained and impeccably clean townhouse. It’s in a great location within a short walk to town and we enjoyed the pool. We were a short walk from town and the beach, but I was pleased at how quiet and peaceful it was in the community. The bonus was the great, friendly service from Wilgus.

The location and townhouse was very nice.Problem was housekeeping. When we arrived upper bunk kids room full of sand. When I called after hrs I was told I'm sorry. I had to wind up cleaning it. Closets were untidy sheets thrown in bunkbed room vloser whose were they.socks under master bed. I WOULD RECOMMEND IF HOUSE WAS CLEANED BETTER
