This 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests across three thoughtfully designed levels. With multiple living and gathering spaces—plus stunning outdoor areas overlooking the water—it’s the perfect home base for memory-making.
Main Level Living
The open-concept main floor features a gourmet kitchen with everything you need to cook and entertain, a dining area with seating for eight, and a cozy living room with a statement fireplace for those perfect post-adventure wind-down moments.
The primary bedroom is also on this level, offering a king-size bed and luxurious ensuite bath. From either the living room or bedroom, step out to a large balcony with a grill, dining table, and lounge seating—all overlooking the peaceful marina.
Upper Level
Head upstairs to a guest-friendly haven:
Second Bedroom: Queen-size bed
Third Bedroom: Two twin-over-full bunk beds + one additional twin bed (sleeps 7 total)
Game Room: A cozy loft area with space to play and hang out
Shared full bathroom with tub/shower combo
Walk-Out Basement
The finished lower level adds even more space to gather and unwind:
Rec Room with a wet bar, pool table, and additional seating

No parties, events, or tents allowed
Smoking is not permitted on the property (non-compliance results in a $500 fine)
Pet Policy:
Maximum of 2 dogs (75lb weight limit per pet)
$125 non-refundable pet fee
Pets must be leashed outdoors and crated if left unattended
A $300 fine applies for any pet policy violations
