🐾 PET-FRIENDLY: We welcome furry friends, with no pet fee! Please see the House Rules for our pet policy.
👶 FOR LITTLE ONES: 2 Graco pack-n-plays (travel cribs), a high chair and baby gates. There’s no full-size crib, but one can be rented locally.
📶 CONNECTIVITY: High-speed Wi-Fi (perfect for remote work) is available throughout the home.
📍 LOCATION: Minutes from the Chicago Premium Outlets and the Aurora Metra Station for an easy commute to downtown Chicago.
### RENTAL AGREEMENT REQUIREMENT Our HOA requires every guest to sign a standard Rental Agreement before check-in, and under Illinois law (Common Interest Community Association Act, Section 1-35) we file a copy with the HOA. About 10 days before check-in, we will send a secure link to your email address to review and electronically sign the document.

We spent six nights at this home but wished we could have stayed longer. It was everything we thought it would be and then some. The location was perfect for us to meet up with friends and family. It was close to restaurants and stores too. We even had a chance to play indoor pickleball nearby. Thanks so much for allowing us to stay in your home!
