The bottom twin bunk bed can be converted into a King-size bed by pulling out the trundle bed for extra room. Experience the ultimate convenience with a private washer/dryer, perfect for taking clean laundry with you when it's time to return to regular life.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
To use streaming services, guests must log in with their own credentials.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. I wish there was a 4.5 star option. Was it perfect. No. Was it great, super comfortable, and do we want to go back. Absolutely yes! For an affordable place so close to the beach, with a beautiful peekaboo view of the water and so many comforts of home, this place was perfect for us. If you don’t want stairs, avoid. Two flights of 14 steps was a novelty for us and my daughter has been dying to try a balcony after living her 8 years in our single story. Bedrooms on 2nd landing and living room, dining and kitchen on top floor. The balconies are off the master bedroom and living room. We could see the pelicans flying over the waves and sunsets were gorgeous. I loved having laundry, but would recommend doing a rinse before putting clothes in. It does have that front loader problem of trapping smells. But I still used it and clothes came out smelling just fine. A few updates in the kitchen needed. They need a new tea kettle. But we found all the dishes/ cooking supplies we needed and it was laid out intuitively. We got instant cart groceries delivered and enjoyed making meals there rather than dragging kids to restaurants. Loved having a water hose out front to quickly rinse off sandy toes. Board games for kids were great. A few pieces missing on some, but nothing terrible. Several communications with the managers who were kind, attentive and responsive. Great customer service!We wanted to stay longer! Hoping to come back and would definitely choose this one!

We absolutely love the bedroom, jetted soaking tub, full kitchen, and amazing views. We’ll be back next summer for a third time!

It was very close to stores, beach, and just about everything you need and within walking distance.

Overall it was ok, but the unit needs much cleaning on the carpets and many appliances are in a state of repairs needed. They work, kind of, but its not really acceptable to have those kind of issues when paying this much.
Its dog friendly but carpets still need to be shampooed every decade at least ;).
