Only two miles north of Rockaway Beach proper, Sand Castle Villa is one of the many locations that offer some of the best views of the Oregon Coast you'll get while driving - or walking, or biking, or whatever! Rockaway Beach is an exemplary Oregon Coast town, with cute eateries and trinket shops, plus beautiful parks and long stretches of sand for ultimate beach time.

This section of Sand Castle Villa is a three bedroom, three bathroom apartment; the upper floor includes the living space and a bedroom/bathroom combo. Downstairs are the two other bedrooms and bathrooms. The soft white walls catch most of the natural light, creating a sense of airiness; the decor is ocean themed, with soft pink and purple tones that create a quirky, homey feel. Downstairs is a primary bedroom with a king-sized bed and access to an outdoor patio, and a second bedroom with a twin-over-double bunk.

Upstairs, the second primary suite offers plenty of space to spread out, a mounted TV, and a king-sized bed with a private bathroom. The gem of this condo? The wall of full windows looking over the beach. There's also a patio for you to go sit out on - any time of day, with someone or alone, the beach is right there for your admiration.

The dining alcove is perfect for family style meals or an early breakfast alone. Enjoy the cozy sitting area with a couch and a big reading chair done in soft pinks. There's flat screen TV with cable mounted into the wall, and Wi-Fi for your convenience.

Enjoy a fully-stocked kitchen with plenty of counter space - including an eating island with bar stools - white appliances, including a dishwasher, and a double oven for extra cooking space. You even have a food mixer for baking bread, cakes, or cookies on stormy days while your friends and family lounge around you. You can cook and store your vacation's worth of food without any difficulty! There's also a washer/dryer for those mid-vacation loads of laundry. This duplex has a garage and plenty of on-street parking.

The beach is there for your enjoyment, either from your deck or patio, from the weather-beaten benches, or from the road as you drive to your next destination. Poke around tide pools or fly kites; take long sandy runs or find a good spot on a hill for whale watching. Take a little road trip up to the Manhattan Beach State Park, or head to Rockaway Beach for bike and paddle boat rentals. Dogs -welcome for a small nightly fee - will love the great outdoors!

The fireplace is not operational.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
