Summary:
Welcome to your Sanctuary in the City! Our place is a 4 bedroom terraced house very near to the centre of Southampton. It is a short 10-15 minute walk into the main city shops, bars and restaurants, as well as to the wonderfully green open space of Southampton Common.
The house has been fully refurbished recently and has been tastefully decorated with Amazon rainforest vibes, with plush sofas, comfy beds and a well-stocked kitchen. We welcome families, children, couples and groups.
The Space:
The house has a downstairs living room, complete with Sky and Netflix access as complimentary. There is a downstairs bedroom with a double bed and a galley kitchen with plenty of amenities. There is a spacious garden for relaxing, or letting the children play. Upstairs is the main bathroom with shower and bath, master bedroom with Queen bed, twin room and single room. We know you will be comfortable here!
Guest Access:
Access is very straight-forward, via a lockbox at the property. The keycode for the box is released 3 days prior to your stay.
Parking is on the road outside, with a parking permit loaned and provided for the duration of your stay.
The Neighborhood:
The neighbourhood is close to the city centre, consisting of mainly residential houses, with some student accommodation. It is usually a very quiet place and the roads are not busy. You can walk from the property (or a short drive) into the centre of the city, the shops, or even the docks, in under 30 minutes (5-10 minutes by car). It is also very close to Southampton Common, for greenery, play areas, biking, walking, running and just having a picnic!
