Perlend Retreat features 4 bedrooms and can sleep up to 10 guests with 2 Queen Size Beds, and 2 Tri Bunk beds. The open plan living area boasts a fully equipped kitchen with gas and electric cooking, dishwasher and all the essentials you will need to cook up a storm. Relax by the gas log fire or play board games at the dining table, the whole family can spend time together whilst doing their own thing. A terraced back yard for the kids to play hide and seek. All seasons have been catered for with central heating and cooling.
So close to local attractions, stop in to visit Blue Lotus Gardens during Lotus season and Tommy Finns Trout Farm on your drive to Warburton. A short drive to Warburton Water Park, or travel up the mountain to Mount Donna Buang Summit, magnificient views during warmer months or snow play during winter. There is so much to see and do in the Warburton and Yarra Valley area.

The property is very homely, clean and accommodating. So impressed with the beds as they are so comfortable, towels and linens are 5 star quality. Kitchen is well equipped and very modern. A big thumbs up from all of us. Pictures added were taken before we checked out of the property. Thank you Management.

We could not fault this property…wonderful location, clean and modern with all the mod cons. Comfy beds, nice linen and heavenly towels 😁 Kitchen was well appointed, but didn’t have a toaster?? Would not hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend!.
