Great sized house for a family. All the amenities you'd expect. Property owners were very responsive, and they were also willing to accommodate our pet dog (although we didn't end up bring him). Was a short drive into the city centre, or a nice longish walk.
I would expect that the property would have a better kept backyard - the house itself internally was very clean, however the backyard/grass was over grown, with a lot of cob-webs covering the furniture outside.
