About this house rental
If you are looking for a small haven of peace with all comforts, close to the sea and the marine lake, in a beautiful setting, you have come to the right place!
Our farmhouse was completely renovated in 2023.
The thatched house is inspired by the architecture of the old fishermen's houses typical of the Catalan region.
It has a surface area of 43 m² and includes two bedrooms:
- A master suite with quality bedding in 160x200 for more comfort, a wardrobe and a dresser, as well as a bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet.
- A bedroom for two people with two 90x190 beds, a closet with wardrobe and a dresser. Next to this bedroom you will find a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and a sink as well as separate toilets.
Each room is equipped with duvets, pillows and plaids.
Linen rental (sheets and towels) is possible on request.
The fitted kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, microwave, built-in dishwasher, built-in washing machine, fan-oven, three-burner induction hob, extractor, toaster, kettle, programmable filter coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, table for 4 people and 4 chairs.
The living room has a very comfortable sofa, pull-out coffee tables and a smart TV.
All rooms have air conditioning (ducted system to guarantee silence and comfort of use) as well as private wifi.
Board games and books for all ages are available.
The land of about 250 m² is bordered by hedges. You can have lunch on the terrace, sheltered by the awning or rest on the deckchairs, sheltered by one of the two magnificent pine trees which provide a pleasant shade in summer.
An electric barbecue is available to bring a summery touch to your meals.
The fishermen's island is a preserved place, surrounded by the pond of Leucate, a unique place for its ornithological diversity and classified as a Natura 2000 reserve. You are a few minutes walk from the shores of the marine lake where you can walk, swim or paddle, but also less than 15 minutes walk or 3 minutes by car from the sea.
Note: in order to avoid the terrible summer traffic jams, we rent from Sunday to Sunday in July and August.
For information, the rental of household linen (towel + bed made on arrival) is possible on request: 25€/person.

The site has very pleasant facilities and services:
- 2 swimming pools: a large pool with a wading pool with a small separate slide, a small heated pool (free access, from 20 June to 15 September),
- A water slide and pentaglisses (free access from July 1 to August 31)
- A children's playground, a petanque court, a ping-pong table,
- a bar with terrace that organizes concerts every week in the summer,
- a restaurant with swimming pool,
- a mini-market that offers fresh bread and pastries,
- free parking lots (in front of each hamlet)
- a laundry room 7 days a week
