La vue Le confort La possibilité de prendre une nuit en plus à la dernière minute merci au service de conciergerie. Que les animaux soient acceptés Les voisins propriétaires extrêmement gentils
Les joints de la douche peut être à revoir et les moustiques 😉 Le bruit des locataires suivants qui ne respectent pas les lieux

Großzügig geschnittene Wohnung, Unkomplizierter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Schöne Aussicht von der Terasse. Klimaanlage funktioniert super im Wohnzimmer. Küche war voll ausgestattet ( Geschirrspüler, Geschirr, kochutensilien)
Die Wohnung ist schon in die Jahre gekommen und es wurde immer nur sehr oberflächlich geputzt, was jetzt dementsprechend auch so aussieht.(Bad und Küche) Die Schlafzimmer haben keine Klima, sollte es heiß sein, ist das Zimmer unter dem Dach eher nicht bewohnbar. Terasse ist sehr schön, aber leider könnte auch die,eine Grundreinigung vertragen
