Laketown Wharf Parking Pass & Wristband Fee
A one-time fee of $78.17 will need to be paid separate from the reservation. This fee is paid directly to the HOA through their online portal, and the link will be emailed to you once registration is confirmed. Guests are required to pre-register with the names and ages of all guests, as well as the make and model of any vehicles, prior to check-in. Parking passes can be picked up at the front desk upon check-in, while wristbands will be provided inside the unit for guest use. Please ensure all wristbands are left in the unit upon checkout, as a $50 fee will be charged for each missing wristband.

For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

It was six of us and the room accommodated us perfect . Even though we had the bunk beds my kids was comfortable sleeping on the pull out couch due to the living room tv . Kitchen was nice , and fully equipped with all your cooking needs, i highly suggest bringing maybe an extra pot and a pan if you plan on cooking multiple dishes . The items such as the outside refrigerator and inside of the dishwasher could have been cleaned better due to a lil mold or maybe even replace but again we didn’t use dishwasher so that was no biggie . In our unit the dryer did not work but we wasn’t to worry due to us being able to hang our items outside on the balcony & plus this was only a 2 night stay ;)-Easy Check in/out process . The beach access was convenient especially with my 4 kids . THE STAY WAS AMAZING!
