The location was close to lots of restaurants, and beach access was right across the street. We loved that there was a coffee shop on the premises. Condo was very clean, and well kept.

The hotel staff didn’t want to help give towels, give info, etc since we had booked third party. The dish washer didn’t close all the way and the HVAC had to be worked on while we were there but the unit was very spacious and clean. The location can’t be beat!! We had a great few days in PCB!

Awesome stay! The host sent us access instructions on the day of arrival and then called to confirm receipt and to answer any questions. Really appreciated the call. The condo is an excellent location, you have everything you need within walking distance. I let the host know that I couldn't latch the patio door and they sent someone the next day to adjust the latch. I like to ride my bike 20-30 miles every other day and Panama city Beach has bike lanes and off-road paved trails that are really nice. Loved my stay and hope to do again next year.

The place was clean, but the balcony chair cushions need to be changed. They were dirty!
