The Lookout condo complex sits just up Israel Head Road from the Lobster Point Lighthouse, in a lovely location overlooking the ocean. The grounds include a seasonal (semi-heated) pool, a tennis court, shuffleboard, a grilling and picnic area, and coin-operated laundry facilities. Downtown Ogunquit - home to a number of great restaurants and shops - is less than half a mile up the road, and beautiful Ogunquit Beach is a quarter-mile beyond.
Take the elevator up to the second floor to be greeted by a light-filled living space decorated in elegant coastal style. Step out onto the balcony to find comfortable chairs, an outdoor dining set, and a commanding view of the ocean and coast before you.
The interior is beautifully decorated and thoughtfully equipped, offering a bright living room and a lovely kitchen with stainless steel appliances and richly hued wood cabinetry. There's a TV with cable service and a DVD player for movie nights, complimentary WiFi to help you plan your coastal excursions, and window air conditioning for your summer comfort.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

As advertised! We were in town for a family wedding and were walking distance to everything. The condo was clean and had an amazing view...which we were able to enjoy from the deck as the weather was great!

Location was great, however the condo itself needs some work. The sliding door could not slide open. The sheets felt like sandpaper to the point I washed them and they still felt gritty. Also it could use a hair dryer.

We enjoyed the view from the condo. We also liked the location as it was very close to the Marginal Way, Perkins Cove and town. We would definitely stay in this condo again.

I enjoyed the quiet location and view and outdoor facilities, condo could be a little cleaner, bathroom carpets need to be changed and outdoor balcony chairs need to be changed
