I traveled with my 16 year old daughter and the neighbor who was above the unit informed us that we were loud at 9:30pm; this was not accurate. I could hear the unit above me walking in their unit and did not complain. We also had someone banging on the pipes at night and there was not any noise in the unit. If the neighbors expect no noise this unit is not for families traveling with kids.
