About this apartment rental
Awesome location, easy walk to the beach, the Marginal way, Perkins cove and downtown Ogunquit. The trolley is right at the bottom of the hill on Shore Road, Heated pool, tennis courts, and playground for your children. Recently renovated master bedroom. Two full bathrooms, hardwood floors throughout and patio with ocean views. Two air conditioners and well stocked kitchen. Master has a king bed. Sleeper sofa is a king with a tempurpedic mattress in the main room.

Peter and Kim are wonderful hosts with a fantastic condo unit that sits 80 seconds from the beach and the scenic Marginal Way walk path. The property has a large and heated pool that is a good respite from the beach. There's a large yard to play, along with a small playground, and a set of grills. You're about a 8 minute walk to town, which is great for visiting Big Daddy's ice cream and the local restaurants and bars. We had our year old daughter and she loved everything the unit had to offer. Peter and Kim were very responsive and look forward to visiting their unit again in the future. If you see Richard and his wife at the pool, tell them we say hello!

Great location. Able to walk to all the great things in Ogunquit. Marginal way , the beach,Perkins Cove and Ogunquit Playhouse Oh and their ever so quaint downtown area as well

Very nice floor plan, clean and well-maintained apartment in a well kept building. Plus a nice view down Israel Head Road to the water — watch the sailboats go by from the living room couch! Perfect location between town and Perkins Cove — an easy and very nice walk to either place.
