Wifi. The bedrooms consist of a double and a single serviced by a shower room. One allocated parking space in the car park. A decked terrace with furniture. Within 0.4 miles there is a shop, 0.2 miles a pub and 1.1 miles a beach. Highchair and travel cot available on request. No smoking. Three well-behaved dogs are welcome. All the essentials are available in this modest beach town, making it a popular destination for both locals and tourists. Combe Martin has a popular beach because of its sheltered cove, ideal for rock-pooling and paddle boarding. There is a Nature and Dinosaur Park in the town as well. Every year in May, Combe Martin hosts the famous Earl of Rone festival, and in August, the town hosts a funfair. North Devon's top attractions, including Lynton and Lynmouth, Woolacombe, Croyde Bay, Saunton Sands, Ilfracombe, and Barnstaple, are conveniently close to this location, making it a great home base for sightseeing and exploration. The National Trust also maintains a number of wonderful gardens and homes. Woolacombe is home to some of the best surfing in the region, and the South West Coastal Path passes by within a mile. If you're planning a trip to the coast, Combe Martin is a fantastic home base because it has activities for all ages.
