Within this single-storey lodge there is an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and TV. There's also a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both serviced by a bathroom with a hairdryer. Outside there is a decked veranda with furniture, and an allocated parking space in the car park. Three well-behaved dogs are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop in 0.4 miles, a pub in 0.2 miles, and the beach in 1.1 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.Highchair and travel cot available. Whisk your loved ones away for a Devonshire break to 10 Manleigh Park. The beach at Combe Martin is highly well-liked, and the sheltered cove there is great for rock-pooling and paddle-boarding. The hamlet also has a dinosaur and wildlife park! The famous Earl of Rone festival and an annual funfair are both hosted at Combe Martin each year in May. With Lynton and Lynmouth, Woolacombe, Croyde Bay, Saunton Sands, Ilfracombe, and Barnstaple all within easy driving distance, this is a great starting point for exploring and learning about North Devon.

We enjoyed our stay in wonderful weather. Probably not a child friendly area or for elderly people with disability in view of the steep gradient. Would love to return one day.
