This beautiful 2/2 condo at Waterwheel Condominiums is on the Guadalupe River! It is on the ground floor, however there is one step into the door, so it is not wheelchair accessible. Walking distance to downtown New Braunfels and Schlitterbahn and only 3 miles to Gruene.
The Space:
This fully furnished condo comes with all the necessities for a great vacation! The open living room has huge windows that boasts a beautiful view. The dining table seats four with 3 barstools at the breakfast bar. The condo sleeps six with a full and twin bed in the guest bedroom, sofa sleeper in the living room, and a master bedroom with a queen size bed. The master bedroom includes an en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The second bathroom is located conveniently for the second bedroom and the living room. All bathrooms come stocked with hotel sized amenities! High quality linens are provided for all beds and baths.
Walk down to the river or visit Rockin' R River Rides is only .7 miles away to make accommodations for tubing. The complex has 2 pools, 4 hot tubs, communal charcoal grills and an amazing amount of open green space and with beautiful shade trees. It's a perfect place for a picnic! This condo is on the first floor and does have an elevator. This condo only provides 2 parking spots. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. No pets allowed. You will receive 2 parking passes and 6 wristbands (max amount allowed). This condo has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.
**WRISTBANDS & PARKING PASSES REQUIRED*** These condos are individually owned and the owners graciously allow their "second homes" to be rented out and enjoyed! The HOA of the complex had laid out some policies to ensure everyone staying at the complex can have a wonderful time. Because of the fabulous location, we can have trouble with trespassers. The security guards on premise are there to ensure only renters are using the grounds and that guests are parking in the correct parking spaces. Please do not be offended by the wristband and parking pass policies, they are really there to ensure that you have a fabulous time!

This place was perfectly located and had everything you could need. Coffee maker was a regular drip style so bring your own ground coffee (they provided filters). We did have an incident where the shower curtain fell off while we were sleeping, waking us up and forcing the bathroom closed so that we were locked out for a bit, but we eventually managed to move it and put it back up lol. We utilized both pools and hot tubs which was really nice to have. We even added an extra day!The proximity to Schlitterbahn can’t be beat, so close! My only complaint was that they made us drive across town to pick up the key code and parking passes. This really seems like something they could have sent over an email and left the parking passes inside for us to fill out. It was an additional hassle after driving for hours from Houston

Our family enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was well equipped with kitchen supplies. It was not far from the Wurstfest shuttle parking lot. The grounds were nicely kept. The swimming pool looked inviting. It was a pleasant walk to the river.
