The Space:
Waterwheel Condominiums are within walking distance to downtown New Braunfels, Schlitterbahn and only 3 miles to historic Gruene. This beautiful 2/2 condo is fully furnished with everything you need to have a relaxing vacation! The master bedroom has a king size bed, a twin size bed and a twin size trundle bed with a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a guest bathroom conveniently located right next to it. There is also a sofa sleeper in the living room. High quality linens are provided for all beds and bathrooms.
Rockin' R River Rides is only .7 miles away. The complex has 2 pools, 4 hot tubs, charcoal grills and a large open space of green grass and shady trees. It's a perfect place for a picnic! This condo is on the second floor and does have an elevator. This condo provides 2 parking spaces. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. No pets allowed. No smoking. You will receive 2 parking passes and 6 wristbands (max amount allowed). This condo has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.
**WRISTBANDS & PARKING PASSES REQUIRED*** These condos are individually owned and the owners graciously allow their "second homes" to be rented out and enjoyed! The HOA of the complex had laid out some policies to ensure everyone staying at the complex can have a wonderful time. Because of the fabulous location, we can have trouble with trespassers. The security guards on premise are there to ensure only renters are using the grounds and that guests are parking in the correct parking spaces. Please do not be offended by the wristband and parking pass policies, they are really there to ensure that you have a fabulous time!
WINTER MONTHLY RENTALS - if you are interested in renting monthly in the winter months, please contact New Braunfels Escapes for pricing details. This property is $1750 per month.

The property was the perfect size for our family of four and conveniently located near downtown and Gruene. When we arrived after business hours, we had a small issue with the door not consistently opening with the keypad. I contacted the management company's answering service and was quickly transferred to a very friendly Mgr. They promptly sent over maintenance to resolve the issue. I was very pleased with our experience and would visit again.

We had a good winter. January was too cold, February turned out nice as was March. We like to walk, Waterwheel provided nice places to walk. Unit was nice. AC problem was handled promptly and well. Thank You

My husband and I had a wonderful visit at NB and this condo. It was very clean and well kept. There are nice shutters on the windows to keep the heat out and the bed was so comfortable! We enjoyed the Texas theme- it made us want to go out and enjoy the towns. We went wine tasting, whiskey tasting, shopping downtown in the unique shops and antique shopping. Then we ate fantastic German food at the Alpine Haus, Krause’s and Naegelins Bakery. We planned to tube the river, but ran out of time. We were celebrating our 33rd Anniversary and hadn’t been in NB for 15 years. We will be back soon and I will gladly rent through Vacation Rentals. It was very easy and everyone we talked to we very nice and quick to reply. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
