TONQUIN BEACH HOUSE is the perfect destination for a relaxing getaway in nature. Whether you are an adventurous couple or a group of friends looking for a retreat, look no further. Our Two bedroom home is set up to accommodate up to 6 guests and is conveniently only a 5 minute walk to downtown, one block away to a children's playground, and a short walk to Tonquin Beach and Trails where you can see amazing tide pools and experience premier sunsets.

Our open-concept two bedroom home features a cozy living room with two sitting areas, 2 wood burning fireplaces to enjoy. One is located in the kitchen and provides the perfect ambiance while dining and the other is located in the living room. Newly renovated bathrooms which adds a modern touch to the home. The large master bedroom offers a king bed with a recently updated en suite bathroom. The master bedroom is spacious and bright and has a stand up desk nestled away for those that need to dive into work while travelling. The second bedroom has a queen bed and just down the hall is a shared bathroom that has a stackable washer and dryer. The living room is bright and spacious and has a queen size pullout couch to sleep an additional 2 guests. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking utensils and dishes you would need to stay in and cook while on your getaway! If you are travelling with a baby, we have you covered as the property has a variety of kids toys and books, an infant bath, a baby rocking chair and pack and play with a bassinet attachment. Step out onto the large deck with a BBQ and patio table, and gather around while enjoying the beauty and tranquility of the West Coast.

Here, you may find shelter in the sanctuary of our cozy retreat or walk out and experience the rain-forest trails, beaches and West Coast culture that Tofino is renowned for. Unwind in our spacious home featuring hardwood floors, cedar beams, slate tiled bathroom, floor to ceiling picture windows with forest views and high-end linens. Curl up, read a book, or explore the trails and beaches that make a visit to the West Coast magical and unforgettable.

Tonquin Beach is just steps away, the perfect spot for your sunset picnics!

The pullout couch is located in the living room, which does not have blinds and can get quite bright.

Host Rules:
Renter's Agreement: Guests must sign the Renter's Agreement to confirm their reservation.
Age min: must be 23 years or older to book.
Guest Limit: As per Tofino Bylaws, a maximum of 6 guests (including babies and children) are allowed. If a reservation exceeds this limit, we reserve the right to ask the guests to leave. Please note this a two bedroom house with a pullout double couch and to accomodate 6 people two people would have to share that. As long as you're comfortable being snuggly, we will be able to accept your booking.
During peak summer season (July and August), 3 night minimum and all bookings must be back-to-back to avoid gaps (unless it fills a 2 night gap). If you receive a "host unavailable" message despite seeing availability, please contact us. Our booking system has specific rules and may require manual adjustments.

3 night minimum stay for all Canadian Statutory Holidays.

Pet Policy: Sorry no pets allowed!

Strict Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am. This is a quiet neighbourhood with many locals - please be respectful!

Cancellation Policy: We offer a 30 day cancellation policy. If you provide us with the 30 days required notice you will receive a full refund. If you cancel without the required days notice you will not receive a refund for your reservation.

Accidental Damage Protection: Accidental Damage Protection is included in the total cost of your reservation—there is no additional fee after booking, as it is automatically applied at the time of purchase. This coverage protects against accidental damages up to $1,000 that may occur during your stay.
Please note: This protection does not apply to damages caused by parties, unauthorized events, or negligent behaviour. It is strictly intended for unintentional mishaps that may happen while you're staying in the home.
