The beds were very comfortable, the location is excellent, the lounge areas were really lovely, everything was clean
I bought the parking permit but options were a bit limited without. The staff seem to mostly be the work and travel visa troupe and were having quite a community which as a guest sometimes did not feel entirely professional. The kitchen closed overnight.

Location
I had a problem with booking which booking.com fixed and was terrific. Whalers tried to take advantage of the misbooking and take 2 rental fees for a single room. Admittedly, I misbooked, however Whalers was not prepared to help. Will not be back.

It was quite and clean
No parking had to park way down the street, and the no pivote bathroom

Location was great
We had looked for an accommodation with parking and the night we were driving in were told that the parking was full and we’d have to park elsewhere.
