The host was extremely helpful. We were there for the winter Olympics and had difficulty using UBER because the address didn't seem to work with their GPS system. The host sent recommendations for local cab companies and when we had difficulty getting a cab to get to other public transportation she actually called and arranged it for us.

Stunning does little to describe the views from this great house! Everything was as described! Monica was extremely helpful even weeks before our arrival especially with the restrictions in place for the Olympics! She gave video instructions for entry and even provided breakfast for the stay which was so thoughtful (and delicious)! Highly recommend!
