The Bear Cabins presents Whispering Breeze- a 4 bedroom + loft cabin with 4 bathrooms and sleeps up to 11 guests. Whispering Breeze sits on 2 private fenced acres with a gated entrance and an extra separate gated yard for pets connected to the game garage. This cabin is one of a kind with the privacy and seclusion it offers. Whispering Breeze sits in central Hochatown in one of the most sought after areas- just a 5 min walk to the new 259 Market, new shops, and food truck! Less than 5 min from Mt Fork Brewery, Shuck Me and more!
As you walk into Whispering Breeze you will be in awe of the vaulted ceilings and large open living and dining space! This is the true classic cabin you and your family are looking for. A beautiful wood interior, cedar furniture and the picturesque cabin vibe you want!
You are surrounded by 2 fully fenced acres to roam, explore and play! Many adventures are to be had at Whispering Breeze. You and your family fill leave feeling refreshed and renewed by tapping into nature and all it has to offer.
Whispering Breeze has a circle driveway making it easy to tow in boats, ATV's and more for a vacation full of adventure!! Not to mention the covered pull through parking to protect you and your guest during the rainy days!
The fully stocked kitchen comes with all appliances, pots, pans and dishwasher you need. Each bedroom comes furnished with linens and towels for you during your stay.

Our on-site housekeeping crews provide a starter supply of basic essentials. These supplies will not be replenished, but there are local stores that can assist with any needs that come up!
Below is a list of the items:
• 1-2 rolls of toilet paper, per bathroom
• 1 bottle of hand soap, per bathroom
• 2 bathroom garbage bags, per bathroom
• 1 bottle of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, per shower
• 1 roll of paper towels
• 1 bottle of dish soap
• 2 sponges
• 4 dishwasher pods
• handful of tall kitchen garbage bags
• handful of coffee pods
• Coffee grounds for a pot of coffee
• Coffee filters
• Starter coffee creamer
• Starter coffee sugar
• Salt/ pepper
• 1 small bottle of laundry soap
• 1 small container of hot tub chlorine (to use after each use as directed)
* 1 lighter
Fireplaces:
Available for your enjoyment from October 1-March 31
Other things to note:
- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in a heavily-treed area, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments. If there is an abundance of critters, please inform your host.
- Weather: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are outside our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage.
- ABSOLUTLEY NO smoking *in* the home.
- Check-In/Out: Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. We charge $75 for two hours late/early for all requests of early check-in & late check-out, based on availability. Please note we may not be able to accommodate early check-ins/ late checkouts. Please message us for more details.
The property is managed by The Bear Cabins in BB, LLC. Your host is available by text, message, or call during your stay! After booking you will be required to submit a pre-arrival form, show ID, and sign our rental agreement. This property is a contactless self check in. Code will be sent 3 days before check in.

We really enjoyed our stay! The host was very responsive and communicative. The layout was great for our family get together- good space for two adult rooms downstairs and two kids rooms upstairs. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the utensils and dishes we needed. The game room was awesome, plenty to do and keep kids off screens. We really appreciated the fenced in yard as we brought our dog, which is rare in the area.

We all enjoyed the game room so much. Walking distance to the awesome little grocery store, liquor store, boutiques. Everything you need. We loved it!
