The Lone Swan Cabin, hosted by The Bear Cabins in BB, is a charming 4-bedroom cabin that is designed to be your home away from home, offering a warm and welcoming environment for families to create lasting memories together. This cabin is pretty unique because it boasts a couple free range chickens that bless the property with their presence from time to time! They are very friendly and may want to visit with you!

• Ice (some ice makers can be finicky)

Our on-site housekeeping crews provide a starter supply of basic essentials. These supplies will not be replenished, but there are local stores that can assist with any needs that come up!
Below is a list of the items:
• 1-2 rolls of toilet paper, per bathroom
• 1 bottle of hand soap, per bathroom
• 2 bathroom garbage bags, per bathroom
• 1 bottle of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, per shower
• 1 roll of paper towels
• 1 bottle of dish soap
• 2 sponges
• 4 dishwasher pods
• handful of tall kitchen garbage bags
• handful of coffee pods
• Coffee grounds for a pot of coffee
• Coffee filters
• Starter coffee creamer
• Starter coffee sugar
• Salt/ pepper
• 1 small bottle of laundry soap
• 1 small container of hot tub chlorine (to use after each use as directed)
Fireplaces:
Available for your enjoyment from October 1-March 31
Other things to note:
- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in a heavily-treed area, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments. If there is an abundance of critters, please inform your host.
- Weather: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are outside our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage. (this can be done while booking through Airbnb or direct- if booking that way)
- ABSOLUTELY NO smoking *in* the home.
- Check-In/Out: Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. We charge $75 for two hours late/early for all requests of early check-in & late check-out, based on availability. Please note we may not be able to accommodate early check-ins/ late checkouts. Please message us for more details.
The property is managed by The Bear Cabins in BB, LLC. Your host is available by text, message, or call during your stay! After booking you will be required to submit a pre-arrival form, show ID, and sign our rental agreement. This property is a contactless self check in. Code will be sent 3 days before check in.

Thank you team at The Bear Cabins. We stayed at the Lone Swan and enjoyed every minute of our time there. The cabin was perfect. Plenty of space and everyone had their own spot to go if needed. The cabin was loaded with all essentials you would need.

We enjoyed playing games and grilling out on the covered deck, making s’mores at the fire pit, soaking in the hot tub, and watching a baby deer down below in the woods. The single level floor plan was great for the two senior citizens in our group, yet there was ample room. Two separate living areas (one in the bunk room) provided options for gathering or separating. One thing to be aware of is that the king size bed in the master bedroom is a little high and could be a little challenging for elders to get into. But we made it okay and all of the beds were comfortable. Our group was ages 83 to 19, and we will be back!

I have to say that from the previous cabins i have stayed at, this has surpassed my expectations. From the bedrooms, outdoor seating to how much space this house has for a confortable stay. The kids and adults enjoyed the jacuzzi while watching a movie outdoors. I will definitely return to this home.

Lone Swan was great for our girls' trip. There were four of us, so we each had our own bedroom. The house was lovely and nicely-furnished and had everything we needed. The amenities provided were plenty for a three-night stay. We didn't watch much TV, but there was one in the main living room, as well as in each bedroom AND on the deck. We loved sitting on the deck in the morning and watching/listening to the leaves fall. We built a fire and had s'mores and enjoyed the hot tub as well. There is some good dining locally, especially Abendigo's in Hochatown for dinner and Brick and Bread in Broken Bow for lunch. We did some hiking around the property and also close to Broken Bow lake. We loved our stay and will be back!!
