After booking, guests are required to complete our digital Boarding Pass before arrival. The Boarding Pass may include identity verification, a government-issued ID, guest details, a signed rental agreement, and any required pre-arrival forms or payments. Check-in instructions, access details, and the full property address are only released once all required pre-arrival steps are completed.

We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy with a maximum of 2 dogs. A pet fee of $150 is required.

We encourage you to have a great time, but respect the cabin and neighboring cabins. Sounds travel very far in the remote areas of the forest.

I wanted to express how incredible the accommodations at the house were. There were plenty of games for both kids and adults, including a play pool, shuffleboard, and ping pong, which kept us entertained throughout our stay. The fire pit was also amazing in the afternoon for making s'mores and watching wildlife.

We had the most amazing stay at Throwin' Shade! Would highly recommend and will definitely stay there again. We had everything we needed at our fingertips and truly didn't need to leave the property. The attention to detail was unmatched. They had everything we needed and so much more that we didn't even know we needed. The home was picture perfect upon arrival and checkout was refreshingly easy! All the stars!!!

Check in was easy. Tornado shelter was helpful during our stay. House needs some maintance. Dishwasher was broken and waiting on parts, master bathtub leaked and whirlpool was broken, hot tub was not working to keep the temperature hot and most of games(ping pong/pool table were missing pieces and were broken. Couch and rugs smelled of urine. Found lots of trash from whoever was there before us. Paid almost 2000.00 for 2 nights. Too many issues for the price.
