About this house rental
One level 3 Bedroom ranch style home with two car garage. Open style Kitchen and Living room leads to wrap around deck with gas grill out to the back yard. 4 car driveway with two car and remote controlled door garage. Very quiet neighborhood and 3 miles away from the Long Island beach. There is water access at a small neighborhood private beach area to Lake Winnipesaukee’s Ash Cove 1/2 mile away.

Came to stay for Laconia’s bike week rally. Could not have asked for a better host and property. The house was neat and clean as a whistle when we arrived. And had all the essentials needed for a relaxing time away. Had local visitors hanging out in the driveway (deer) every morning which was fantastic to see. If you’re looking for a great place to stay in the winnipesaukee area this is it. We will definitely be booking this property again!
