Lake Winnipesaukee Charmer! Experience Meredith like a local in this 4-bedroom house. With 1 king bed, 4 full beds, and 2 full bunk beds, this serene retreat offers a wonderful escape. Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, heating, and a washing machine. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place.
Next to all the best restaurants, this large 2600 square ft house is located on Main Street in Meredith, one of the cutest streets/villages in New Hampshire. You'll be walking distance to everything the village has to offer, including Mills Falls, with easy access to the town docks where you can jump on the pontoon boat your friends and family either own or rented. The house sleeps 10 and has open areas that make it easy to socialize and enjoy each other's company without feeling cramped. You can walk less than 5 minutes to several amazing high-end restaurants, bars, breakfast nooks, etc. Lake Winnipesaukee is also 5 minutes walking and the public boat launch is right there too. This is a bustling village in the heart of Meredith Bay/ Lake Winnipesaukee.
Meredith Town Docks is right down the street for all the boaters. You can bring your own boat or have fun renting one for however many days you need.
Also close by you'll find a Winery, Brewery, Lake Waukewan, Weirs Beach, a Movie Theater, Supermarket, Historic Seasonal Train and more.
This house is also very close to the best ski resorts and mountains in the area. Hit several ski mountains in just one weekend by staying here.
If you're getting married or attending a wedding at Mills Falls at the Lake than you're in luck because this house is less than a 5 minute walk to the wedding venue. This is the best alternative in town vs staying at the actual hotel.
Truly the best location and best accommodation for a large family or group of friends to experience all that this quintessential New England (All Seasons) Village has to offer.
We are pet friendly, but we charge a $75 pet fee per pet for the necessary cleaning for hair, etc. Because of how VRBO charges, please advise us upon booking of the pets you will be bringing. However as always, if the home is left extra dirty and/or damaged as a result of pets or otherwise we may have to charge more upon checkout. We have a strict no party policy. We also have a maximum of 10 people. If you have more than 10 people or a party, your entire group will be asked to leave and you will receive no refund. There are additional basic rules in our welcome email and house manual that must also be followed, including pet rules.

We had a family wedding at Church Landing and this location was perfect. 8 of us stayed, there was plenty of room and we had everything we needed! If you need a convenient location to the Mills Falls area and Meredith, I would recommend this home! One downfall, a steep stairway, if you have children.

This house exceeded our expectations for our big family. The location is perfect, walkable to town and the docks, along with more than enough room for everyone (including 5 children)! Highly recommend for your next family trip up north.

We were four women, friends since high school, meeting in Meredith to celebrate our years of friendship. Being right there on Main Street was wonderful. Walked to everything.

Our bachelor party had a really good time at this location! The VRBO was spacious and had plenty of sleeping arrangements. Everything in Meredith was walkable. Michelle was responsive and accommodating. Thank you for hosting our crew!
