The location is great. Nice being so close to the heart of Meredith
I definitely would not call it a “historic home “. It’s cozy but has cheap furniture. Just one uncomfortable couch in the living room; no other seating. Wasn’t really good for watching tv with others. Beds don’t have box springs and are very low on the floor. Front steps should definitely have a railing! One step is broken
