Modern flat and private attic close to beach

There is a lot of space at the accommodation, as it practically consists of two flats that are connected through a staircase on the terrace. Both of the flats have a bathroom and their own terrace, so that is really convenient as a big family or maybe a group of friends. Everything was very clean and the kitchen disposes of almost everything one might need in order to cook and eat there. The tram station and the beach are also very close, around 7 minutes walking. The beach is really large and clean. Also the pool is a nice advantage of the place. The best part of the accommodation is the host, who is very informative and friendly, and also very approachable through different ways of communication. We were also allowed to make a late check-out, which was very helpful as some of us had a late flight, so many thanks for that!

The only small disadvantage is the location, as the apartment is situated between Alicante and El Campello and unfortunately there is not much around (like supermarkets and restaurants). However, if you are looking for a break from the hustle and bustle of the city and for a spacious and not very populated beach, it is the right place to stay, as this is a residential area.

No hay nada malo en el, solo a percepción propia sentimos que faltó un espejo pero entiendo que pueda ser peligroso

La cercanía a la playa

No era cómodo para gente mayor, para ir a la playa había q bajar una cuesta,en la bañera imposible bañarse, la ducha estaba en el ático y había q subir unas escaleras. En los alrededores no hay nada ósea q hay q coger el coche para todo y encima el garaje muy estrecho para entrar y salir. Estaría bien mesa y sillas en la terraza del apartamento porq no pudimos disfrutar de ella. Andrea que es la persona responsable del apartamento atenta en todo momento y encantadora. En el ático no se podía dormir porque entraba muchísima claridad. Resumiendo no volvería y que conste que el piso está muy bien, limpio,amplio y bien conservado.
