The location was fantastic, lovely big balcony with views of the pool and beach. Complex was clean and well maintained. The apartment was spacious and clean.

There were no instructions for the oven, after a long day of travel it took a long time to figure out how to cook our meal. The air con was only in the lounge, not the bedrooms which wasn't stated on the listing. The power kept tripping out when too many things were in use, ie using the dishwasher and washing machine at the same time. Using the job above 6 also tripped the power. The drain was blocked in the shower and door seals were missing, resulting in flooding the bathroom. We unblocked the drain ourselves and informed the host but there was a long delay in getting a reply.

Great apartment with wonderful facilities and tram stop just a short walk away (connecting to Benidorm and Alicante). Personal check in too which was much appreciated. Great stay!

The location was actually perfect. It was also a great opportunity that we rented a car and could use the garage parking, which was really perfect as well.

View, cleanliness, proximity to beach.

Temperature is cold in late November (4 - 6 deg. C. at night). The only warm air conditioner there in the living room has remote control missing (only way to operate) and management cannot provide an alternative universal control or anything else to keep apartment warm, especially at night. I had to buy a tiny heater just to keep one space warm at a time. Minor inconvenience - fuse jumps when 2 or more appliances (e.g. stove, washing machine) are in use. Also few bowls - cannot find even a proper cereal bowl.
