Nos encantó el alojamiento, es muy acogedor y disfrutamos de una estancia muy agradable además de la situación inmejorable. Además agradecemos al anfitrión que nos facilitó la hora de salida ya que íbamos con niños pequeños.

Perfekter Aufenthalt – besser geht’s nicht! 🌟 Wir hatten das große Vergnügen, in diesem wunderbaren Apartment zu wohnen – und es war einfach großartig! Die Unterkunft war makellos sauber, großzügig geschnitten und bot jede Menge Platz zum Wohlfühlen. Die Nähe zum Strand war ein echtes Highlight – in wenigen Minuten ist man mit den Füßen im Sand! 🛒 Ein Supermarkt liegt direkt ums Eck, was den Alltag super unkompliziert macht. Und wer Lust auf einen Ausflug nach Alicante hat, steigt einfach vor der Haustüre in die Straßenbahn – bequemer geht’s nicht. 🏖️ Die Poolanlage ist ein Traum: gepflegt, ruhig und ideal zum Entspannen. Und das Beste? Der Empfang durch den Gastgeber war herzlich, hilfsbereit und einfach rundum sympathisch – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Ich kann dieses Apartment uneingeschränkt empfehlen – ob für einen entspannten Urlaub oder einen längeren Aufenthalt. Ich komme definitiv wieder!

Great location. Tram stop is literally a 2 minute walk away. Fab little supermarket underneath. Refurbished beautifully. Stocked with so many helpful items from cleaning materials and washing powder to toiletries. Owner very accommodating and helpful.

No air-conditioning in the bedrooms which meant they were stifling at night and couldn’t sleep. Fans were on the walls but were so loud and ineffective. However, the owner brought us additional fans. The pool isn’t the show stopper advertised. It’s very nice and clean but no sun beds.

A great location with a beautiful view. Nothing blocking our view of the sea. We could have morning coffee or evening wine on the balcony & look at the sea. Apartment is old & outdated, but generally functional.

Stayed for 3 days June 1-3, 2022. Dishwasher flooded all over the floor, which triggered a safety feature which left us without electricity, Wifi, or hot water. Since we are from Canada & can only use our phones when connected to Wifi, we had to walk quite a distance to get Wifi. Management was very good at responding & fixing the situation. We had to call them twice. One lady noticed 2 small nails sticking out of the arms of the patio furniture, but no one was scratched.
