Apartment in a 700 farmhouse with swimming pool

The annex is on the ground floor inside a restored Masseria Villa. The structure is surrounded by a large garden with olive groves (spaces for common use). Inside the property there is also a tennis court and a swimming pool (without a lifeguard) which can be used but not exclusively. The apartment is on the north side of the farmhouse and has an outdoor veranda with kitchen, dining room with a view of part of the estate, equipped with garden furniture.
Internal composition: The studio consists of a large outdoor veranda with kitchen and dining area equipped with garden furniture. Inside the apartment is on two floors. On the lower level there is a small sofa with wardrobe and chest of drawers, a sliding door divides the room from a bathroom shower. On the upper floor, realized through a white wooden loft, there is the master bedroom. The environment is air-conditioned and is equipped with satellite TV.
The apartment is 23 square meters in total, while the outdoor veranda, made of white wood and cannizzo and surrounded by curtains, is spread over an area of 30 square meters.
The weekly rate includes the consumption of electricity, water, bed linen, towels and the use of a washing machine once a week. Final cleaning 50 Euro

In the nearby Marina di Torre Specchia it is possible to reserve in a very nice bathing establishment, called Kalecore, an agreement with the Masseria, a post with umbrellas, deck chairs and sun beds in front of the sea for an extra charge.
