Casa Vacanze Nico

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this accommodation. We rented the apartment for four nights and everything exceeded our expectations. The place was extremely clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything one might need for a comfortable stay. Nico was an exceptional host - incredibly kind, welcoming and always ready to help. His attentiveness truly made a difference. At one point, we ran out of coffee capsules, and within just half an hour, he kindly brought us more, which we really appreciated. Overall, we felt very comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. We were genuinely happy to be there and would definitely return in the future.

Appartamento pulitissimo e fornitissimo, si trova praticamente di tutto all'interno, tra cui suppellettili praticamente nuove, cosa non scontata. Titolare gentilissimo e disponibile, ci ha fatto anche trovare le capsule del caffè. Letti comodi e carina anche la loggia esterna.

Temperatura della camera troppo alta anche lasciando solo il termosifone dell'ingresso acceso. Il contesto in cui è situato l'appartamento è degradato purtroppo. Una volta doveva essere un bel residence ma ora è abbandonato all'incuria. Posizione comoda per raggiungere lecce in macchina ma lontano dai centri abitati per qualsiasi necessità va presa la macchina.

L appartement est bien situé géographiquement pour pouvoir rayonner dans la région . Il a été refait a neuf, était très propre avec tous les équipements nécessaires. La terrasse est très agréable. Le propriétaire est très arrangeant, disponible, réactif et accueillant !

Le quartier est un peu isolé des animations d un centre ville et un peu a l abandon.

Appartement fonctionnel refait à neuf, bien équipé

. Le moins, une résidence à l'abandon avec des gens qui errent dans le quartier et surtout des cafards.
