La posizione è ottimale e consente di poter usufruire di tanti servizi. A pochi passi ci sono supermercati, negozi di abbigliamento, bar, pasticcerie e servizi di ristorazione di buon livello. Il cambio lenzuola e asciugamani avviene ogni tre giorni. Inoltre le colazione è presso una delle pasticcerie storiche di Lecce, dove consiglio di provare la famosa torta mimosa acquistata l' ultimo giorno delle vacanze... meravigliosa!
L' arredamento un po' datato e il materasso non molto confortevole ma comunque accettabile. Inoltre non ho compreso la presenza di molti oggetti e complementi d'arredo poco estetici.
