    Great location, clean hotel, but not sure why staff decided to do courtyard cleaning at 5AM. They woke me up and kept me awake with the noises.

    This place is becoming one of our FAV place to stay to unwind in SGN. We would either book the first or last night in SGN @ this place cause it's so close to the airport, you can practically walk to the airport from this place. Very clean, GREAT staff, price, location, etc. I can't HIGHLY recommend this place enough. This is also a GREAT stay if you're just staying one night in SGN. Once again, great location that's why! Well, that's pretty much it. Safe travels my peeps...

    I have stayed here many times before and have always been very satisfied. Unfortunately, this recent experience was extremely disappointing. This time, I landed on a midnight flight and needed to leave for the airport again at 5:00 AM, so I only stayed for about 5 hours. I had just returned from an international flight and was exhausted — I simply needed a clean, comfortable place to rest for a few hours before continuing my journey. However, I was given a very strange room (apparently a monthly rental room). The room had a strong musty smell, and it did not feel suitable for hotel guests at all. When I asked to change to a proper room like the ones I had booked in my previous stays, the staff told me I had to pay an additional 150,000 VND. This was very disappointing, especially considering I was only staying until 5:00 AM. The next guest wouldn’t check in until 11:00 AM, meaning the room would still have 6 vacant hours. Charging extra in this situation felt unreasonable and insensitive, particularly when I was visibly exhausted from international travel. The staff’s attitude was friendly, but the room policy and arrangement were honestly terrible. The condition of the room (as shown in the photos) is not acceptable for hotel use. This has been my worst experience, which is shocking because I have stayed at many branches of Mvillage and at this location multiple times before. Sadly, this stay was so bad that it left a lasting negative impression on me.
