    My partner and I stayed here for one night. I/we have travelled a lot around Viet Nam / SE Asia - and this is the first hotel we would not recommended. Firstly, this was the most unwelcoming place we have stayed at. On our arrival, the reception staff were very impolite, and whilst I do not speak Vietnamese, my partner does - he is Vietnamese, however they chose to completely ignore him. The opening remark was "passport - no hello welcome etc. Then I was shown a mobile phone - with w translation - which just said " pay *** and - immediately'. !! - which we did - and for which no receipt was given. When we confirmed we wanted a double bed room - they were not happy - the first homophobia we have ever encountered on our travels!. Our room was a 'superior Doble room' - no window! and it had a n odour - covered be several air fresheners. The bathroom sink had no plug and the toilet refused to flush/clear properly. Not nice. We asked if they could print something for us - their reply was they have no printer! When we made the booking we confirmed we needed a taxi/shuttle to the airport - when we asked about this - they said there was no booking! - when we showed emails of the request - they said oh yes!/ but you never paid - but no request for payment was made ! On checkout - there was nothing - they even questioned the taxi booking. There was no thanks for staying or other recognition. AVOID
