Good location and a nice apartment

Clean and modern interior with big windows and a view. We had a nice stay here while in Budva. Nice to have a kitchenette and a small seating area which made it more of a studio apartment rather than just a room. The location is good with only a short walk to the beach and a 10-15 min walk to the old town and Mogren beach (our favourite beach in Budva). Even the bus station is just around the corner which was very convenient for us. Plenty of food shops around so easy to have a mix of cooking at the apartment and eating out. The staff were nice and accommodating, but call through Whatsapp because the phone number doesn’t work when calling “normally”.

There was loud creaking coming from the windows which startled us at first but didn’t bother us once we got used to it. The hot water seamed to run out quickly but it was still a bearable temperature. Next door neighbours did not respect the quiet hours time and played very loud music on their balcony but thats not the hosts fault.

Overall a nice apartement with a great location.

The apartment itself was nice and modern. The location was perfect, everything was in walking distance. We were able to check in earlier which was really nice.

It was poorly cleanded and there was one roll toiletpaper for our week-long stay. There were no utilities to clean the dishes or salt and oil to cook.

Nice apartment.

The apartment is in the city centre, with a small shop just around the corner and larger shops only a few minutes away. The beach is about a 7-minute walk, and the old town is around 2 km on foot. The flat was clean and air-conditioned, with enough kitchenware for three people. Beds and towels were clean, and the view from the apartment was lovely, overlooking the city, mountains, and even a glimpse of the sea. 😊

It was a bit challenging to find the location at first, as the booking only provided the street name and postal code with no visible signs nearby. The host mentioned we were the only ones who had this issue, but after reading more reviews, I saw others had experienced the same. We tried calling from two different phone numbers without success (probably due to our local SIM cards 😊), but once we reached the host on WhatsApp, he shared his live location, which made it much easier to find. There is a parking garage available for €15 per day, but the driveway is quite steep, so it might be tricky for some drivers. When we arrived, the small bed for our child was not made, but the host fixed it shortly, which we appreciated. The bed for adults was spacious, though not the most comfortable. One thing that felt a bit unpleasant was the signs on the wall listing inventory costs in case of damage, which did not feel very welcoming.

Modern and welcoming property

The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos — spacious, spotless, and well-organized. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay, from a coffee machine to all the small details that truly make a difference. I felt right at home. One of the biggest advantages is the location: it’s very close to the beach, with shops and everything you might need just around the corner. Everything is within walking distance, which made getting around super easy. Being right on the main road is also a big plus for convenience and accessibility. A special mention goes to the hostess Ivana and the owner — their kindness and hospitality are truly exceptional, on a world-class level. As someone who has traveled extensively, I can say their approach stands out in the best way. I warmly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a cozy, well-located, and pleasant place to stay. 👌

The only minus about the property is a parking space. It is difficult to access and go out but everything else was amazing.

it was modern, clean and it got everthing we needed for a stay

location is amazing. We rented a car but never used it. We went everywhere on foot.we rented 2 rooms and both were immaculate. In July, there was no need to even turn on the air conditioner. the weather was very good. We will definitely come again.

The only problem was that the elevator was constantly broken.

Die Unterkunft ist relativ neu und modern eingerichtet. Sie ist perfekt gelegen und verfügt über einen kostenlosen Parkplatz. Auf Anfrage haben wir neue Handtücher erhalten.

Es hätte sauberer sein können (Dusche, Türen). Es stand dreckiges Geschirr im Schrank. 🤢

Apartament pomimo tego że jest bardzo ładny niestety nie jest dokładnie sprzątany w apartamencie brak takich podstawowych rzeczy jak papier toaletowy przyjeżdża cała rodzina pięć osób na 9 nocy dostaliśmy jedną rolkę papieru toaletowego. Brak jakiejkolwiek herbaty kawy byliśmy późno wieczorem w sobotę gdzie w niedzielę jest wszystko zamknięte nie można nic nigdzie kupić A w apartamencie totalnie nic nawet butelki wody apartament nie wyposażony w takie rzeczy jak żelazko zmywarka więc jeśli ktoś wybiera się na dłuższy pobyt to nie to miejsce jeszcze tym bardziej w np 5 osób po jakimkolwiek posiłku nawet lekkim śniadaniu zmywanie trochę zajmuje naczynia są pod wydział dosłownie na sztuki a niektórych rzeczy nawet mniej. Co wygrywa to lokalizacja jeśli na przykład wybierasz się z dzieckiem nie musisz wszędzie jeździć autem a spacerkiem dojdziesz do plaży na miasto jest co pozwiedzać w pobliżu sklepy piekarnia restauracja ale w niedzielę wszystko jest zamknięte A jeszcze brak jakichkolwiek rzeczy do tego żeby w międzyczasie sprzątnąć nawet jeśli rozsypie ci się cukier czy cokolwiek nie ma odkurzacza niczego tylko mała szyfelka

Було норм. Трошки треба попрацювати над прибиранням та елементарними зручностями для відпочиваючих.

Сподобалось розташування, кондиціонер.

Було трохи не прибрано, нам виділили один туалетний папір на 8 днів, також кухня не оснащена елементарними речами, такими як сіль, перець, олія… я сама прибирала у квартирі. Також не міняли полотенця.

Прекрасные апартаменты, отлично расположенные, очень чисто, всё новое, в апартаментах комфортно

Подземный паркинг не пригоден для использования, если у вас не suv и вы не супер водитель. Резкий спуск, где можно потерять бампер и резкий поворот в сам паркинг, где пройдёт не всякая машина. Об этом никто не предупреждает до приезда. При заезде в апартаменты мне было сразу сказано - на вашей машине (у меня обычный низкий мерседес) нет шансов. Наличие паркинга было основным условием при выборе апартаментов, в переписке с владельцем также был вопрос про паркинг. И ни одного слова об невозможности парковки! В итоге пришлось самостоятельно договариваться с соседями и оставлять машину на открытой парковке, не принадлежавшей апартаментам Dora. При этом мне было предложено оплатить 15 евро за пользование пультом для открытия шлагбаума. Что???? На мой взгляд ужасный непрофессионализм от владельцев апартаментов

Апартаменти розташовані в дуже зручній локації — 5–6 хвилин до моря та автовокзалу. Номер був ідеально чистим і новим. Вид — чудовий завдяки панорамним вікнам.

Заселення було без коду — довелося чекати на покоївку, щоб вона відкрила нам номер. Протягом чотирьох днів у номері ми помічали великих жуків. Не знаю, з чим це пов’язано, адже було дуже чисто. Можливо, вони залітають через балкон. Протягом доби лунали незрозумілі звуки, схожі на те, ніби хтось жбурляє каміння у вікно. Не зрозуміло, звідки вони, але звуки були настільки сильні, що ми кілька разів за ніч прокидалися.
