Heritage Collection on Pagoda - Mobile App Check-In

Great location, the ambassadors Edmar Pearl and Mitch were so helpful! We loved the loft room.

I am very impressed by my stay at Heritage Collection on Pagoda. The hotel room was very nice (loft room), with more than enough space for two people. Very clean bathroom/shower. The hotel is in a very convenient location in the center of Chinatown next to the MRT line. It is very important to mention that my experience was elevated by the staff of Heritage Collection at Chinatown. Mitch, Pearl & Edmar are the stars of making my stay absolutely fantastic. They were available at all times through WhatsApp, the responses were near instant, and they were very supportive and provided an answer to every question I had.

Fantastic stay in the heart of Chinatown. The location is excellent, right on Pagoda Street, close to the MRT, food, cafés and plenty of places to explore on foot. The room was compact, which is expected in Singapore, but it was very clean, comfortable and well designed, with everything I needed for a short stay. I also really appreciated how smooth and easy the digital check-in process was. A special thank you to Pearl, Edmar and Mitch, who were incredibly helpful, responsive and welcoming throughout my stay. Their service really helped. Would definitely recommend Heritage Collection on Pagoda and would happily stay again.

The digital registration and access. I wish I had realised when I chose the property how many digital hoops I would have to jump through. I couldn’t get a stable internet connection so even downloading the app, never mind arriving at 1am from an international flight, on my own and wondering how the hell I was going to get in. The staff contacted me in the end but I will avoid anything that has so many steps in future.
